Frequently Asked Questions

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. Type "DELETE" to confirm. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

How do I block a user?

Open the user's profile → tap "Block." Blocked users cannot send you messages or see your online status.

How do I report content?

Long-press a message → select "Report." We review all reports within 5 business days.

Are my messages secure?

Yes. All connections are protected with TLS encryption. Authentication tokens are stored in iOS Keychain. The app supports Face ID and Touch ID lock.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email or username. A reset link will be sent to your email.

Can I use Pum on multiple devices?

Currently Pum supports one device per account. Multi-device support is coming soon.

What is the age requirement?

Pum is rated 12+. Users under 18 should have parental consent.
